What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll focus on growing the agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them choose insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective customers through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop your own pipeline.
- Conduct personalized insurance consultations to understand each customer's needs.
- Prepare customized insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
